Originally trained as an architect, Eve Hurford has her roots in the Berlin club scene where she began
transforming spaces with slide projections: dazzling and thought-provoking visual environments, loaded with entertainment and irony. Her video and slide
installations investigate the interaction of space, image and meaning, and experiment with the interplay of commercial and expressive content.
Making use of documentary footage, the interview process, and the tools of video graphics, her site-specific interventions range from grand scale
outdoor projections to the creation of high-tech/low-tech sculptural innovations.
